I made changed at the mbr section accordint to the problem, discussed here: https://bbs.archbsd.net/viewtopic.php?id=62
I think it's unneccessay to mount target partition to /mnt/arch, it gives read-only error. If I use /mnt/arch I have to use -d option with pacstrap, but even with that argument it fails. But if you use /mnt only like in ArchLinux install success.
